Final Paper Submission
Login to upload the final version of your paper http://www.softconf.com/start/Humanoids07/final.html
Paper Format
Papers must be written in English. All papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format (PDF conversion tips). Papers must comply with the standard IEEE conference page layout and requirements for IEEE Xplore-compliant PDFs. Authors should follow carefully the guidelines and help for producing IEEE-compliant PDFs. For convenience, the default IEEE conference templates are available for download:
The maximum number of pages is limited to six, including figures. An additional 2 pages will be permitted at an extra page charge of $80 per page.
PDF conversion: If possible, please use Acrobat Distiller for PDF conversion. For correction conversion by Acrobat Distiller, please download these job options files. If you use "pdflatex" to compile your paper from LaTeX sources, please make sure to set up pdflatex to embed all fonts. Some general advice on generating IEEE-compliant PDF files can be found at: http://ras.papercept.net/conferences/support/pdftips.php and http://www.ieee.org/portal/pages/pubs/confstandards/pdfs.html.
Poster Presentations:
Poster presenters will be given a 30[in] x 40[in] area to affix their poster (i.e. 30 inches wide by 40 inches tall). Note that A0 size is slightly larger (33[in] x 46[in]), so please allow some margin when you print A0 in case you need to trim your poster to fit the mounting board.
We will supply mounting materials at the conference site. The boards will be available for setup on the first day of the conference (November 29th), which is the day of the workshops and will remain posted until Saturday afternoon (December 1st).
For your convenience, we have provided an optional template for your poster (powerpoint format):
Feel free to modify it as you wish, as this is only a suggestion.Video Submissions
